Return & Refund Policy

At Double D’s Rock Vault, all of our items are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a printing flaw, manufacturing defect, or damage from shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • A clear photo of the item and the defect

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted If:
  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or style

  • You changed your mind after placing the order

  • Your shipping address was entered incorrectly

  • Delivery was delayed by the shipping carrier

  • The item was marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it (we’ll help investigate but cannot guarantee replacement)

Please check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office

  2. Contact us—we’ll do our best to assist

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will work with you to find a solution when possible.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
