This website is operated by Double D’s Rock Vault, a sole proprietorship based in the United States. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

2. Products & Orders

All items are made to order. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before purchasing.
Colors, designs, and placement may vary slightly from the preview due to the print-on-demand process.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other methods offered at checkout.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

4. Shipping

Fulfillment takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping time depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address input.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. If you receive a flawed item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Delays or failures caused by Printful or third-party shipping services
Errors due to incorrect user input

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
