Thank you for shopping at Double D’s Rock Vault! We’re a small, independent business offering print-on-demand merchandise created and shipped with the help of our production partner, Printful.

Processing & Fulfillment Time

All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, please allow:

  • 2–7 business days for fulfillment (production)

  • Fulfillment time may vary depending on product type and order volume

You’ll receive a notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Shipping Time

After your item is fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs, global shipping delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product and destination.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because products may be fulfilled at different Printful facilities depending on the item and destination.

Wrong Address / Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing error, damage, or the item is defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's an issue.
